Supported by its experienced staff, this department handles customs formalities for all ships and cargo including negotiations with ports, harbour masters, and immigration, customs and sanitary authorities.
We work closely with our operation department to assist ships in Italy and abroad in solving problems and with our forwarding agent department to obtain the customs documents required to supply spare parts and provisions.
